Derrick Hibbler

Derrick Hibbler is an expert in real estate investment with nearly two decades of experience in residential, warehouse, and commercial investing. He is based in St. Louis, Missouri, working as a named partner with Meramec Capital.

With a honed specialty in identifying and forecasting new hotspots in the real estate market, particularly those in urban development, Derrick has a practiced eye and keen insight into investment opportunities. Throughout his career, he has successfully invested in Houston, Miami, Detroit, and Scottsdale, with a proven history of delivering great returns for over ten years. Through his experiences, he has built a thorough understanding of the nuances naturally built into real estate investment and how to maximize returns for investors.

Currently, Derrick manages a 10-million-dollar portfolio of investment units in three cities and has immense proficiency and experience in Urban Planning and Opportunity Zone investing.

Greg Belger Jr.

Greg Belger Jr. is an expert at tailoring plans and investment opportunities for his clients with over a decade of experience in retirement planning, financial, and investment services, and he has cultivated knowledge in retirement strategies, insurance, and legacy planning. He is adept at addressing the concerns and questions of his clients by providing clear, concise plans and investment strategies through a diverse portfolio.

Greg is certified as a Federal Retirement Consultant and as a National Social Security Advisor. His commitment to his clients is mirrored by his passion for helping his community through his position on the boards of impactful organizations like St. Louis Crisis Nursery, the Walker Scottish Rite Clinic at Maryville University, and the St. Louis Art Fair in Clayton. Greg has also worked for one of the top Fortune 500 financial firms in America before transitioning to real estate investments with a twist by offering monthly educational seminars and workshops to help his clients become more informed.

Greg attended Arkansas State University and received a bachelor’s degree in communications management on a full-track scholarship. Greg is also the proud father of three sons: Colin, Evan, and Kingston.
